very unprofessional. takes out her anger on my hair and i just couldn’t deal with it anymore. makes rude comments and is overall disrespectful. she stopped doing my hair because she was having a bad day and asked to reschedule when she started doing it. i’ve tried to tolerate her attitude but today was my last straw.

When I first came to the salon I had an excellent service time with Sja. She did my hair exactly the way I want it to be done and we left on great terms. Two weeks later I text Sja to schedule another session with her. She had an attitude through text so I called her. When I called her she still had an attitude. I let it go just because I assumed she was having a bad day. Being that we left on a good note on the first session I didn't assume that it was anything to do with me. I came in today to get my hair braided and she didn't even acknowledge me when I came through the door. She had an attitude throughout the whole session and was madly handling my hair. I told her I wanted the same thing down as last time and she acted as if she doesn't know what that 4style was. I showed her a picture and when she was done she didn't part my hair correctly and wasn't even looking at the picture throughout the session to make sure that she had did it correctly. I asked her when the next time her manager will be in. She said I would have to "catch her". Little does she know I've spoken with her already. I really strongly don't understand why she would act this way towards me when we had a great session for the first time. Wouldn't recommend her. As soon as she gets an attitude she'll take it it on you and your hair.
