As much as I liked the convenience & cost of Zaroo, I am going with 1 Star. The young lady directing customers into the wash today was very confused, her direction caused our car to become stuck at one point. I had to step out of the at one point to ask for clarification, she responded "they were clear, but whatever". Our car became wedged in at the start & the wash came to a stop 3 times, as the car was forced through the process.

My window is still dirty (and yes this is on the outside the car). My car dries with spots since the dryers don't really dry properly.

The machine doesn't wash the cars well. Also it leave my paint car sticky, I will not comeback here

Ricky and Ricardo were working together on a very busy Friday, while being short handed still remained friendly and very helpful, despite having run two jobs per person, got a very nice clean from the wash, love to use the vacuums’ even come to clean your tires when asked in the office. I even got a monthly pass for family and I. Definitely recommend 👍🏼👍🏼
