Pros: rooms are clean, modern, spacious.service is good when it's requested. Washing machines. Breakfast is really delicious. Cons: bed is a bit uncomfortable, no microwave, service has to be requested for cleaning, AC turns off and on does not stay on steady, so sucks for those that like to sleep with the fan sound and when it does it is super noisy outside.

Convenient location. Down the street from restaurants, movie theater, and target. Stylish and modern feel. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Ample free parking. Secured facility. No water stations. No complimentary coffee or tea in lobby. No menu (in room) for onsite restaurant. Outdated televisions. Had a view of the pool facing the freeway. Did not interfere with sleep. Overall a great getaway.

We chose to stay here for our week long vacation. And it did not disappoint! The staff is incredible! They treated us like family the ENTIRE week. They were super welcoming and friendly. We always try to stay at an IHG location whenever we travel (we travel a lot), and the hotel staff here blew us away. Breakfast is extra but it is worth it. I would recommend adding it to the room before your stay, so you do not get charged each morning. Expect a "good morning" from the staff or a "Welcome back we're glad you're here again" if you're there for multiple days! The pool area is super nice and well kept! The overall location is great! We weren't too familiar with California as I hadn't been there in years, however I knew I did not want to fly into LAX. This hotel is super close the John Wayne Airport as well as within a 15 minute drive to Disneyland and Knott'sberry Farm. Neighboring towns, such as Irvine, are close and very nice to go shopping. It's central location allowed us to drive about an hour south one day to San Diego which was a very pretty drive and about 45 minutes north to Downtown LA. But there were a ton of things to do in Orange County as well! The room was very well kept, very clean, and comfortable! Plenty of space and furniture. 10/10 would recommend!

I had to make changes to our reservation before I even got there actually I had to make changes twice and they were done when I got there the changes were made everything was ready for us to check in we did not have to wait the room was wonderful everything was nice and clean beds were comfortable the hotel was just as nice as they said it would be very upgraded very nice we had no problems at all when we asked for extra towels or anything they were very accommodating.The staff was awesome with the kids accommodating with our breakfast the buffet was great considering during covid all you were getting were muffins and to go bags to be actually able to sit down at a hot breakfast was great!! We hate we didn't experience the pool because it was too cool and cloudy..but the stay was great !
