Worst laundry mat ever! You have to by a card.Put money on it,needed to put money on it, did not have cash, had to go to safeway to use atm to get cash.Will never go back!bad custermer service also!

Worst “Customer Service” I have ever experienced. My husband and I spent the weekend moving, and needed to take our comforters and sleeping bags in to use a large washing machine. Our car was already in use, so in order to make it to the laundromat in time we carried ALL of the laundry almost a mile, and made it there at 6:58 PM. The last wash is at 7 PM, laundromat closes at 9 PM. The counter person first tried to tell us they closed at 7 PM. When I pointed out the sign that said the last wash was at 7 PM, she then said it was too late to start a wash, because after arguing with us about the closing time it was now 7:02 PM. I asked her very politely to please let us use the machines, as we had carried the bedding a mile to get there in time, and it was now only 2 minutes past the cut off. She practically yelled at us “I said NO!! Are you DENSE?!” I was stunned. I have never had someone whose establishment I am trying to spend money at be so rude to me. We left, I was in tears, and so confused as to why this woman had been so awful to us. After thinking it over, I have come to the conclusion that she thought my husband and I were homeless. We showed up on foot, with a bunch of sleeping bags and comforters, looking pretty grubby after moving our entire house all weekend. I am sure she assumed we were homeless and thought that gave her the right to treat us like garbage. That woman spoke to us like we were less than human. Take your business elsewhere, to someone with a heart. Homeless people are already down, why make it a point to kick them??

Came here at 7:20 and the younger girl told me last wash was at 7 and their hour is they close at 9 and each was is 30-40 minutes. Second time here and I had bad experience both times. Was told they program the machine for you. Did not like that since I have dedicated cloths and white cloths.

I moved to North Seattle earlier this year. Laundry room within my complex is always busy. Found this place and now come regularly. It's clean and the staff are nice. With cash you can buy a money card and preload it. All washers and dryers have a card reader that takes your payment from your preloaded card. Nice feature to have since I don't like to carry change with me. Last wash is at 7pm. They close at 9pm.

Yes, I would imagine that he keeps the place open. During the 'lockdown' in March, he was open. He keeps the place very clean, but just like everywhere, bring your own hand sanitizer.
The cheapest washing machine is $2.50(if I remember correctly) but I prefer the large washing machine, it can fit 4 loads for $9. The old dryers are 6min for $0.25 and the new dryers are 5min for $0.25 but both work very well! I typically can get away with less than 40min in either. They are rather large and can fit more than just one load.
I can give you directions. You take 175th st all the way tk 15th ne. Theres a light there amd its at the top of the hill. At that intersection theres a safeway kitty corner on the right. And to your ledt there is a pot shop. Turn left at the light amd at the very first light after you turn left you take a right at and its on your left about 10 yards on the left after you turn right

I was here recently as of 07/21 its a great lil laundromat but sadly no restroomn customer or not. They refere you to the 24hr Safeway couple blocks away. PLEASE GET A RESTROOM 🚻 🙏 😫
