In town visiting for a weekend. Went here on July 29th 2022. This location is a KFC/A&W. Got chicken strip kids meal with fries and applesauce, Bacon cheeseburger with fries and cheese curds. They didn't put bacon on the burger, had a sign of what they were out of but bacon wasnt on the sign and they didnt say they where when ordered. Went through the drive thru, they put the cold kids drink (which i pulled out right away so didn't get warm/hot on the way back to where we were staying before driving off.) and applesauce in the bag with hot food instead of handing them to me at the window. When got back and i while eating i open the applesauce for my toddler but it looked red, not like regular no added sugar applesauce, it was rancid, looked at the date at it was expired over 4 months. I'm posting a picture. Ive worked fast food a long time ago. I know how it gets but this is unacceptable and makes me question how out of date the other products are. Will not be going to this location again because of that.

We are from Kingston and wanted KFC, so we found this KFC online that said they were open at 10. Well we got there and the sign said 10:30 so we waited some more. We weren’t sure if they were open for dine in, so we drove to the window, no response. My husband called, no response!!! I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Corporate should know how they’re running things here.

They never answer their phone and when and if they do someone says they don't speak english. They act like they are doing you a big favor to serve you and it almost impossible to understand them because they are all Hispanic and don't speak English.

Ordered a meal and after about 10 minutes of waiting someone walks out of the drive thru door only to tell me they can’t make my order. They ask me if I want anything else. I decided to settle on a different meal. The time before that there was a 12 year old kid working the drive thru which im assuming was one of the employees kids. Pretty sure that’s against the law? If I’m going to order something and you can’t make it, I would at least like to know that before I pay for it…
