The employees at this store are nice, but the store itself literally smells like sewage. It is the most foul smelling odor, and it wasn't just a one time thing....every time I go in this store I'm hit with the same awful smell. One day it was so bad I just turned around and left and went to QFC. Not what I want to smell when I'm shopping for food to eat.

I love Fred Meyer but I thought this one was going to be very slow. On a Friday afternoon they have two registers open in the grocery department. The lines are looooong!! But..... the cashier and the bagger were FAST and friendly. I was outta there with perfectly bagged items, and I had a lot, before I knew it. High 5

I asked a employee for help and she told me that only customer service could help me very rudely when I got to customer service they told me anyone could help me. When I went back to her she told me that she was too busy to help me she continued to be rude. So if you want good customer service that isn't demeaning don't go to Marla at the self check out. I've been shopping there for over 20 years and I'll never shop there again

Let's just think about customer experience. Even before we ever heard of covid labor crisis . Freddie has consistently had the worst customer service in history. Shortage of cashiers and the customer service / money center counter is the slowest longest line I even witnessed at a so-called customer service desk, with one person behind the counter. Second trip service line stretched to the produce department. Tisk tisk.
