Safeway you failed me today. I went to order chicken meal at the deli I ordered tenders, potato salad and Hawaiian rolls. They just started doing whatever they wanted to do; 8 pieces of dark and potato wedges. Would not listen to me Also when to pay for the meal they changed me for the Hawaiian roll. In the end a meal that cost me 2.25 more and was wrong. I have been a customer of Safeway for years and have always had good customer service. What went wrong with this Safeway. I will not be going back here.

This morning me and my fiance went to Safeway she had to use the restroom. Inside the restroom she was confronted by an employee telling her she was in the wrong bathroom. Safeway please train your employees better no one should be discriminated for using the bathroom!

The absolute worst customer service from the pharmacy. The female receptionist was extremely snarky from the moment she picked up the call and the guy working there could be heard yelling about me in the background (mind you, I was polite to them the ENTIRE time and only showed frustration when they were disrespectful). I asked her a simple yes or no question, and she went on a MINUTE LONG rant. I understand that you're having a bad day, but why are you unloading all of your grievances on me? In person, they were even worse. Nice immature duo that you have working here! :)

Safeway has squandered. The customer service attitudes have diminished to "whatever take it or leave it, the deli people struggle to serve what amount is requested on the scale, and management is MIA. My guess management is working bankers hours after figuring out how to price quogue the public all day. There is no pandemic reason for the overly inflated prices at Safeway; I have proof : Safeway prices are the yellow Winco a nearby competitor is the white one , i.e Mission products 3.49 at Safeway same product at Winco 1.38. It ought to be a law against what Safeway and many other corporations are doing to the American Public.
