Very disappointed with our stay. We stayed 4 nights and never had our room cleaned. I even asked to have it cleaned even if it was just to take the trash and give us clean towels, but that didn't even happen. Then to find out that the pool and hot tub have been closed for over a year. When checking out our rooms were not at the price we booked and the gal checking us out did not have the skills to correct it(if you cannot fix pricing, then why are you scheduled to check people out). It took me 6 phone calls to get the pricing fixed. Needless to say we won't stay there next year.

We booked a suite for a ladies weekend and were pleased with the room. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The reason I downgraded the rating to 3 instead of 5 was because of the website. I booked this place because of the pool and hot tub but the pool was not open. If the website had indicated no pool, I would have booked elsewhere. Super disappointed.

1. Took 20+ minutes to get the room key to work only to find someone else's luggage on the bed. 2. We were the given a second room with unmade bed and dirty towels on the floor. 3. Given a 3rd room with a non- working toilet. Informed front desk about the stool at 7pm but hotel maintenance man showed up at 10PM and left at 11:15 PM and never did get the stool fixed. We were told by the front desk clerk that half the rooms did not get cleaned because the housekeepers left without finishing therefore no other clean rooms available. 4. Checked out following morning by 6am and requested a refund. We were told that Regina, the GM, was the only one who could do the refund. Made multiple calls to Regina requesting the refund. I suggested they probably should have contacted a 24 hour plumber. The GM was rude and hung up me. She stated she would call me back but never did. She then stated she would email me but never did until I l reached out to corporate to complain and after almost 2 weeks, got a full refund. 5. The hotel advertises the pool which we found out has been out of order for over 2 months. Horrible stay. We had always been impressed with County Inn and Suites so were extremely disappointed with such a bad experience.

What a great hotel. Price was very fair, room was very nice, continental breakfast was very nice. But the best part was the people. Mark was very outgoing, made suggestions where to go get a bite to eat. The other employees we very pleasant and outgoing. I have been all over the USA, and have stayed at some nice hotels, but wow, the customer service was out of the world. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give them an 11. I WILL be back. Thanks again to Mark and the others.

No they dont
Check the Radisson rewards app- if you aren't a member you should be! Good deals on rooms and you earn points, so then you can pay using points plus cash which is cheaper. Can always check Priceline too.
Yes close to 63 and yes 1st floor handicap rooms
