Stay away from this dump. The rooms smell like mold and probably has black mold growing in the walls. Should have been condemned by the county years ago. Owner is a slum lord. Lives a lavish lifestyle in million dollar homes. Don't stay here. Waterloo is an arm pit. That's all

Staff was outstanding, we were greeted with kindness and friendly smiles from the front desk to housekeeping being kind and chatting with our kiddos. Hotel is dated, but our room was very clean and breakfast was hot and good. Will definitely stay here again when passing through Waterloo. Thank you for a nice stay after a 16 hour travel day!

The facilities were adequate, and we were thankful to find a room at such late hours. The problem was when Pauline began knocking on our door at 9:30 am telling us it was housekeeping. She knocked the different times. We paid full price even though we checked in at 3:45 am. For this reason I am leaving a review to let those in charge know, it would be much appreciated to be left alone unless we request help waking up.

Overall pretty nice place. The rooms were pretty clean and we got a good price on our room - (around $80 or so) because we used a travel website to get a deal. When we were checking in however, someone walked in and asked for the price for a room and was told $140 😳. There's NO WAY I'd EVER pay that much for this hotel. That being said, the hotel was clean, had a very good breakfast. The pool was okay. Old and outdated, but functional and clean. The staff was pleasant, location is great, and they allow dogs and for a very reasonable pet fee which I Greatly appreciate. I'd visit again as long as the price was right.
