Beware: this is an exceptional donut shop and it will ruin you for all other donuts. We feel so lucky to live in the same neighborhood. The folks who work here are genuinely happy and great to talk with while you’re ordering. The donuts are unbelievably delicious and beautiful. They have super imaginative flavors as well as the classics. Do NOT sleep on this place!!! They’ve got a drive-through, but the shop has a great mid-century modern feel with custom art on the walls, comfy couches, and a 3D donut-planetarium on the ceiling. It’s where we take folks visiting Waterloo to impress them 😄 Also, their cannolis have replaced birthday cakes for our family.

Great donuts and good coffee! I usually stop by every Friday after I work 12 hour shifts but I really wish that they would improve their screen outside in the drive-thru. I have suggested for them to go digital, I mean you’ll have pictures and more information as far as what you’re getting instead of having to break out your smart phone and search to look everything up online! when I suggested this idea I kind of got a little bit of an attitude about it and was told it’s not gonna happen? I’m sure it’s a business decision not to do that but as a customer I would buy more donuts for my family if I had a better idea and visual with variety displayed on a screen! Oh and I've only gotten donut holes once and I've asked early every weekend and they never have them? The kids loved the holes, what happened? wish they made more- Thanks

Found this place on Google while searching for donuts for the kids, while we were driving through & oh boy did this place make some huge, soft, yummy DONUTS!!! The donuts are huge, like I turned around in the car and showed the kids the donuts, they were bigger than mom's face, like every single one of them!!!!! & they have so many choices!! The staff working today was so nice and helpful, the gentlemen working was really patient with our 3 children picking out their stuff too, & asking all the questions about what kind is that one & that one & that one, with a line of people & a smile on his face!!!! Awesome job dude!! Go get your Donuts here! They have these cute hanging donuts, look above you! & make sure you get a whole box & try a bunch, you won't regret that!!!!

I've had great experiences every time I come here! The donuts are fresh and they taste great. They have a good selection of donuts as well as cheesecakes, pies, cakes, ice cream and more. They're a little pricey but it's worth it for the customer service you get. I have food allergies and they are very knowledgeable about ingredients and cross contamination etc so I feel comfortable eating here.
