We booked a king suite that said it sleeps 4 then added a roll away bed for 5. The pull out sofa wasn't a sleeper sofa and they didn't have our roll away bed ready. The room was dirty behind the bathroom door and a pair of someone's underwear was hanging on the back of a door. Tequila was very nice and she was able to get us 3 roll away beds by later that evening. But just the false advertising of a pull out sofa and the dirty parts of the room is the reason for the rating. Also when I went to ask for linen for the roll away beds they had sheets but they didn't have any blankets for the beds so my kids had to sleep with just extra sheets

Me and my family liked the hotel, but there were a few things wrong with it that could use some improvement. the check in desk lady made my family do almost everything, because she wouldn’t get out of her chair. the room was pretty decent, we got a king sized bed room. the room did have a weird scent that would not go away even though we put cologne and air freshener in the filter. we used the pool and the chlorine made my skin itch and my hair sticky. the hotel had average breakfast, but they had a make your own waffle stand, which was cool. overall, pretty decent, but a litte weird.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming to our large group! Absolutely excellent service from the night desk gentleman Jay! He was so wonderful and very helpful from the time we checked in. He went over and above customer service. We will come back! THANK YOU

Terrible hotel and experience. Within 30 seconds of walking in, we saw 3 large prickly centipede-esque bugs. Disgusting. There were no sheets for the pull out couch, abs airings were almost popping through the mattress covering. Coffee was only decaf, and they gave us decaf when they asked for regular at the front desk. Breakfast options were alright, they had many healthy and sweet options to choose from. Fitness center was a joke, with a single treadmill that is probably older than my grandma.
