The stay was great but if you leave anything behind you will not get it back. I have called 3 times. I was told twice that it would be sent to me and the 3rd to call back and speak to housekeeping. I am missing $700 eyeglasses plus toiletries.

We came into town 6/10 and left 6/13. Over all it was a good stay. The room and pool were nice. The issue I have was with breakfast. The first two days there were sausage only. I understand budgeting but some people can't/won't eat it, and I'm one of them. The last day 6/13 we had to get an early start since it was an 8 hour drive back home, so we were relying on breakfast to on time. Breakfast is supposed to be 6-10am every day so we checked at 6am on the dot and nothing. Okay... Maybe they're running late, so we gave it till 6:30 and there was still nothing. Not having much time to spare, we had to leave and figure something else out for breakfast. It was a disappointment since it was included.

Nice place to visit and stay. The breakfast was slightly delayed (i.e., it started around 630am as opposed to the designated 6am start) and for a heavyset person and a business traveler I had to adapt, overcome, and improvise. Regardless, it was a nice place. Hotels are nice.

I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. The fresh aroma upon entering was very welcoming. The hotel is nicely decorated and very pretty. Upon checking in I was given a bag with two bottle waters and a bag of chips. Once I entered my room it was so clean and fresh and the temperature was perfectly set. I'm picky when it comes to hotels however I can guarantee my next visit to Indy I'll be staying at the location. One more thing I priced several different hotels and this location had the best price, even over the less well known Hotels. Don't get a horrible night sleep or be unhappy, just chose this Hampton Inn and you will not regret it.
