Very comfortable, clean and in a safe area. We stayed here for a basketball tournament .. we had the studio suite. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Tiffany, Michaela and Kaylee were amazing. The day MANAGER as well helped me out tremendously. Pool is small but clean. Breakfast was a plus and pretty good. Laundry room worked. I have zero complaints.

Worst Marriott ever. Should of checked out. Bathroom dirty. All tables dusty.Floor's were dirty, even saw a big bug on our floor .Really gross and dirty. Very disappointing, would never stay there agaim. Beware. Not like any Marriott we ever seen before

I stayed here for approximately 6 months, I felt very safe; it's like a little community. A lot of ppl stay for weeks and months at a time and the majority of ppl are friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. When I first stayed there, the rooms were clean but still could've used a bit more attention and I had to switch rooms once or twice, but no bugs or rodents or anything beyond the pale. While I was staying there, apparently they hired a new housekeeping manager and she was really turning the place around. Their pet fees are very reasonable: $100 per visit, no matter how long you stay, for up to 2 pets, I think. In conclusion: as a single woman, I felt very safe there. I was happy with the cleanliness of the place and it was only getting better; plus, they were upgrading some of the rooms. Close to the highway and Krogers isn't too far down the road. The staff was AWESOME! Shout out to Sam, Joey and Tony. They were great and very thoughtful. My dogs would loose their super balls all the time and when anyone found them, they'd set them close to my door or hand them to me the next time I saw them. I liked being in the middle of the business parks as well bc there were great places to let my dogs run around, off lead ( on off hours).

Positive: Nothing. They didn¿t have the room type I requested so we I had to cancel and spend extra money and time to find something else. Negative: They didn¿t have my room type available upon checkin and would accommodate in regards to my needs.
