good enough apartment for the cost. parking lot is a nightmare with people parking anywhere they can, gate/locked doors being broken, glass due to construction, and regular break ins. new owners are definitely trying to spruce the place up but dont have a good handle on the people inside. thickish walls, hot water, big windows, close to a bus stop, and thankfully no more bugs. (edit. nvm the bugs are back)

Took my application fee then made me jump through hoops for 3 weeks. When I turned in everything asked for they said I had to show a transfer letter from my work and when I said my work wasn't transferring and I continue to go to the same place for employment as I have the past 18 years they canceled my application. Place is a joke. Hope that $40 application fee you took was what you needed.

I am a current Resident, Every day that I live here I regret signing my lease you walk into the building And all u smell is weed It’s embarrassing to have company. The building is infested with bugs & mice. Management is very poor maintenance are very rude. Living in here it’s like living in a rehab center filled with drug attic’s and alcoholics. Thanks,

Place is great. Staff are friendly. Neighborhood is walkable. People out with their kids, even at night. (I wouldn't, personally, but I also never felt unsafe!) It's right along the Red Line. I can't tell if the people complaining are serious. $685 for a one bedroom apartment + utilities? Hard to beat that deal. Laundry facilities, elevators for the upper floors, secured and gated parking that is plentiful, and friendly, down to earth staff. On that note, maintenance staff and property management are both super friendly. Went above and beyond for me after I was locked out. Never had any issues with them. They give advance notice of anything they need to do with posted letters. Making payments through Zelle is awesome. Also, I noticed some of the complaints don't seem to make sense. Security? Hassled by property management? Attitudes? I think you have the wrong place. None of that exists here. In fact, Meridian Towers is the only place where the landlord / property managers WEREN'T a complete pain in my butt. Mind your own business, pay rent, and they are super friendly. I can only guess that the people who left bad reviews ran into some kind of issue and wanted to get back at the place, somehow. Can't think of any other reason to complain.
