ALL tables were filthy. No customers in the building and maybe one in drive thru. Floors were sticky and ordering kiosk dirty. I did not go in the bathroom but my friend came out gaging over how bad it smelled and dirty the changing table was. Hotel next to it had no windows and the parking lot and trash everywhere.

If I had the option to leave no stars or negative stars that would be my go to. I have been to this location more than a half dozen times for milkshakes and every single visit, no matter day or time, am told their machine is being cleaned or broken. I have lived near this “shake shop” for more than two years and they never have shakes, their food is always incorrect or served cold and old, and we receive instant feedback if we question why the shakes are never available and told we’re now “banned” by a screaming woman on two occasions. Closing this location is the only way to improve it.

23 minutes in line and i got a $1 McDonald's burger and cold fries for 8.71. Yeah won't be back. Couldn't even taste meat over all the ketchup. I've learned that whatever the business is, if it's a national chain, they suck in Indy.

When I got my order I was missing a milkshake and a drink. I opened my Chili Mac up and it seems to me they think a child’s size is appropriate for a adult. Anyways, everything was very undercooked to where the noodles were still hard and the meat was cold, no I’m not overreacting. They were literally hard. Don’t order from this place. I should’ve looked at the reviews before ordering so that’s my fault lol.
