I didn't understand

When a person is baptizing a child do they need all the sacraments made? For example my niece made her baptism and holy communion but not her conformation

A person who wants to be a godparent must have the Sacrament of Confirmation. A parent is not required to be Confirmed, but they must have the expectation to raise the child in the practice of the faith.
