Customer service still sucks! After waiting in the drive through for 35 min 15 at the actual speaker box to talk I was told it would be a few more moments. I asked why and was told the had to take care of all of their dine in orders first. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? Why even have the drive through open? Thankfully Culver's right down the road knows how to take care of their customers.

The lady that brought us our milkshake made the experience memorable. The facility was comparable to the cleanliness of a hospital! The kiosks for ordering were a little resistant to picking up your finger but the software design was perfect.

The best part about this place was the man taking the order at the drive through the day we went. The food was just okay and they didn't bother to fill the shake all the way to the top like the other Steak & Shakes we've been too.
