The self-serve kiosks are perhaps the worst idea in company history. No employees anymore....just the kiosk. Want to pay with cash? Forget it....credit/debit only. Want a receipt? They don't offer one anymore. Have a complaint? Tough....you have no proof of purchase. We'll never go back.

Dining room experience has completely changed. You order from a monitor now and they call your number to pick it up. Well, good luck with that. You place your name on the order and then call a number, not the name you gave them. Don't bother checking your receipt because you don't get one.

I've only been inside once since they changed the setup to self service. I was disappointed. It used to be such a fun place to go. I understand the need to reduce staff but, there was no one working in the front of the house at all. We used a kiosk to order and the food was set out very quickly. I ordered a 5 way and it came in 2 styrofoam bowls instead of 1 larger regular bowl. It did stay warmer longer but, it was just strange. The 2 stars are for the taste of the food and because I still love the memories I have from years of eating there.

Went inside to eat. Ordered chili 5 way. Sitting there watching the back the manager working the food line with her bare hands grabbed the spaghetti to fill the container. Someone else saw this and called her out and asked for a refund. She scoured refunded the money then continued without gloves. I then requested a refund as well. Told them that is wrong. She ignored and continued without even washing her hands after handling money. Another worker came out and began to inform me they don’t wear gloves at McDonald’s. I was like yes they do. As I left she locked the door so no one could come or go. Beware if you decided to eat there! Shame on them. I do have this on video and will share with corporate.
