They know how to cook a steak! That’s all there is to it. My wife and I both like our steaks medium-well. Most places don’t get it right. Texas Roadhouse in Fort Collins always gets it right, melt in your mouth good. I also had the shrimp with my dinner and we started with a perfectly prepared Cactus Blossom. Delicious!…And great service too. Thank you Nicol.

Best steak I've ever had and was cooked perfect for what i like (medium rare), and the service was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Had our first takeout experience from Texas Roadhouse last night and it was very disappointing. First, I’m thinking prices have increased because what used to be a $12 meal was now $15 (6 oz sirloin with loaded baked potato which is slightly extra $ and Caesar salad). Second, my Caesar salad lacked lettuce and had no croutons. I’’m pretty positive it usually has croutons. Then there was an eyelash/hair in our baked potato fixins as you can see below. Disappointing for such an expensive take out experience.

This is a great location. I have been many Texas Roadhouse's. This Saturday was super busy. We checked in online and was notified for a 25 to 35 minute wait for two. We were messaged in 40 but it was super busy with many many people waiting outside. Despite the busyness we were waited on rightaway. Our server was prompt, generous and kind. The manager even checked on us. The food was great. Highly recommend even if busy great job😁✌️.
