This was my third time dining here but it had been almost a year since being here. I Contemplated Getting the bison tips with cheddar mashed potatoes and asparagus for dinner because it seemed a bit pricey. After one taste I knew I made the right decision. It was the best meals I’ve had in years. The server was also spectacular. This was a great experience and worth every single penny. I won’t wait so long to come back again.

AMAZING food and ever BETTER service...from the moment you walk in, till the moment you leave! If you're not coming to simmer, you're sincerely missing out on a great experience. And They have a decent happy hour for drinks as well! If you're looking for a nice time out, you couldn't pick a better place. Megan is probably, by far, the best server/bartender/person you could know. Cameron is also so personable and an amazing server. Come check this place out, they treat you like family! 😊

This is the best food I've had out of several restaurants between Denver/Aurora & Fort Collins. The steak on my salad was out of this world. The service was top notch. I'll be going here over and over again. There just aren't words for how amazing the quality and flavor was!
