This place is so delicious, I am honestly surprised it isn't super busy ALL THE TIME. The soup dumplings are so fun and worth trying. Potstickers are big and beautifully cooked. Noodles are super yummy. You can even buy some frozen to cook at home. The sauce is on point and the chili oil they serve is beautifully toasted and yummy.

Unique and yummy. These guys are doing things right with their niche cusine. Noodle dishes, seaweed salad, soup dumplings, and more! (Yes..."soup dumplings" - you need these in your life.) They offer new and exciting food options that will make you come back for more. They've been open for six months and are ready to share their delicious dishes with all of FoCo.

Food was great, service was excellent, friendly owner. Definitely will be coming back here again. Ordered the Dan Dan noodles, pork water fried bao, pork pot stickers, and steamed shrimp chive bao. Menu is heavy on the meat so I'd love to see a couple veg side dishes eg smashed cucumber, cold marinated eggplant, steamed gailan with oyster sauce.

Indoor dining could improve in appearance and cleanliness, it's very gloomy and not very welcoming. But they also have outdoor dining. Menu need improvement as far as adding some description of what each dish offers, or adding a symbol to specify when an entree is spicy. For example, we ordered the Dandan Noodles, though it was good, I was not expecting it to be so spicy. We also got the Beef Noodle, which is soupy, and nowhere in the menu says that. Note that all their noodles are soupy, except the Dandan Noodles which is dry. Nowhere in the menu will tell you that, we know because we asked. By the way, the Beef Noodle Soup and the Beef and Rice are really good. Pork Potstickers, Pork Buns, and Shrimp Chive Water Fried Bao were pretty good too.

Hi, thank you for your input! We focus on dumplings and Asian noodles, aka Ramen. Our noodles are very similar to Japanese Ramen. The broth is slowly cooked for at least 4 hours with pork bones and chicken bones. It won't make a Ramen if the broth is not high quality. I am really glad you paid attention to us. We won't disappoint you! I promise!
