Delivery is always a joke with this place. I live just one mile away, straight up 81, and deliveries always take over an hour to get here after they've gone out the door. Edit: I just tried to use my coupon for a free 5-topping pizza (which still isn't as good as getting my $30 back... would have been nice) and for some reason a 3-topping pizza is still costing me $3 plus the standard delivery fee. This place should have stayed closed after that fire a few years ago.

i put my correct address into the app for delivery, and after taking over an hour to make a single pizza, it was sent to the wrong house several towns away. i called the store, and the worker said it was my fault and the best he could do was a refund. i went to the receipt on the app and read out the correct address, and he still had nothing helpful to say. by that time it was past midnight so we just went to bed hungry.

Have an issue ordering from here probably 4/5 times I order. You'd think I'd learn. This time it was ordering NO CONTACT delivery in which the driver told me I had to sign the receipt and would not just drop the food off.... like they're supposed to. This the first time this has ever happened. Called the store and they said they wouldn't do anything for me. No compensation, no credit, no resolve at all. THEN I ACTUALLY LOOK AT MY FOOD. Burnt garlic knots, cold pizza, and forgot EVERY SAUCE I ORDERED. Pizza not even cut through all the way and looks like a child cut the pizza, and supposed to be NY style, the big slices. No point in calling up there again as I'm sure they won't do anything for it yet again. Such bad customer service! Also started off with a phone call saying they were out of every pop flavor I ordered. Wow. Get it together! Also, no question about it, everything should've been refunded. So Corey, that's what you could do for me instead of making excuses and saying you can't do anything. You're the manager.

I didn’t get what I purchased completely. My boyfriend dose not eat pork so I paid for pineapple on whole pizza and pepperoni on one half and beef for him since he don’t eat pork. When I called i waited on hold for over 25 mins no answer so I hung up but I would like to be refunded
