My wife and I have both been in here and noticed one common theme, and it’s that the people that work here are happy to be here! That really does a lot for me as a shopper. I don’t feel awkward asking someone for help or asking for a recommendation at the meat counter. I love this place for the quality of the products and the selection and price, but the vibe in this particular Hyvee location is something that money can’t buy. Good for you guys! See you again very soon!

I frequently visit this location as it is near me and I have noticed the service has been lacking number 1 the market grill day side is lacking heavily. I have sat there for over 20 minutes without even being acnolaged so I left. 2nd the amount that I shop there I have witnessed management just standing behind the counter with a decent sized line and not even acnolaged the customers waiting, and just talking amongst them selves. Tonight I stopped in to get a few items and some other things and the young kid behind the register didn't know what to do because the poor kid was probably new but was super kind . So I approached the manager and asked for tobacco and he said they are closed the store being open. In a very rude tone he said you are just going to go to the gas station, turned around and walked back to the conversation he was having with co workers. Not even giving a second for customer service. I'm in the service industry and and have never treated a patron like that. It is customer service.

I was so happy to see I had a Hy-Vee close to my house! The deals they have daily are amazing, especially now that everything has gone up in price. I get emails and text messages that I signed up for, telling Mr which days and what's on sale. I love it! The meat guy that I had talked to was so friendly and helpful! This was my first time at this location and I have no complaints! Now that I know this one is so close I will be doing most my shopping there! It was easy to find and plenty of parking. I got through checkout without waiting forever in line. I used to dread shopping because the Walmart in Brooklyn Center I would go to before I realized Hy-Vee was here. Was so horrible about everything from no carts, shelves not stocked, lack of help from the workers. Being accused of stealing when I tried to return something I purchased and had a receipt from the night before only to walk our empty handed and then checked me on the way out! Having this place close is going to make my life so much better!!!

Not the Hy-Vee it was a couple years ago... Have not been back in the old neighborhood for a couple years.... Could not complete a list... Many of the item's I would normally pick up when I go to Hy-Vee. . .. Specials on the soap.. . The soap that looks or is homemade... . The bulk grains and chocolate to name a few.. . .They are not open 24 it's anymore.... . Hy-Vee has changed a great deal...
