Used to be clean and the machines all worked but today it was dirty and most of the bigger loads don't work. The washer I used don't spin very good laundry was still soaked. Asked for change for $20 and the worker had no change. We will be looking for another laundry matt

This is usually a great place to do laundry however the staff on the weekday has a mind of her own she’s very rude and inconsiderate had the police called on me because I wanted to park in front of the building to get my laundry out I’m a 50-year-old woman who had no help

Clean , open early, nice atmosphere.. Visited this location 3x. First time it was staffed, employee introduced me to their prepaid cards, I signed up used card visit was great.. Came back at 6.am with a couple hundreds dollars of laundry. Unsure how much the laundry would cost I only purchased $40-$60 at a time on my customer card. Well when I tried to use a mega washer. It took the money and the machine said it was rebooting but no wash so I paid again it worked. I though maybe it didnt work the 1st time because I requested for an additional rinse. So I went to wash a new load and again the machine rebooted and took my money. I then paid again and it worked. I ended up being short $20 to finish the laundry but no staff was available. So I waited until after Noon to speak with service agent. All I really wanted was to finish my laundry. But the attendant refused to start the machine for free and told me I would have to fill out complaint and the owner would put the missing money back on my card. I asked if the owner needed more details to verify my purchase. The attended replied,"he has cameras". I then left my information to my card and my name. Went back 3wks later. No refund on my card. I asked the staff again. Same man no recourse. Bad business for new clients. Now I resulted to a review. They can keep the $20.50

First and last time I will come here. Over priced for the washers small washers. Had to dry my towels twice and they still weren't all the way dry. The place I go too is the same price and all my clothes fit in the washers. Here I had to do …Sorry to hear that Sara. Try us on Monday and Wednesday when we’ve got a $1 off promotion. Plus an additional 25% for using the app in December. I’m confirmed with that plus our standard 15% bonus and $3 free for every $50 spent we’re actually the cheapest in town.
