I came in Sunday night at 6 pm during a rush. Only two staff on duty. They were taking in person and on-line orders. A customer became very irate that his order was not being prepared. Staff tried to explain about the online orders and customer was not having it. He stormed out saying he was going to call the owner. I was treated very well as were the two customers behind me. Thank you for your professionalism and patience in a difficult situation!

Five people to make ONE pizza. It was not busy and they sat on there phones the entire time. Doubt their manage will even look into this. Take time to train your employees.

Beware if you have a food allergy--I ordered a dairy free cheese pizza online (as well as one more pizza, with regular cheese). Staff initially tried to give me just one pizza, then seemed to randomly select another one from the rack, that clearly wasn't mine. Cheese on both pizzas looked identical, which isn't a risk I can take. While asking for a refund on the dairy free pizza, two different staff members (who had been making pizzas all evening), came up to that cashier and asked her what "DF" meant on their order tickets. I don't work there, but would assume DF means dairy free. If you have an allergy as opposed to a preference as to whether or not you get the right item, avoid this location.
