Rude, hateful, very disrespectful. Unknowledgeable, Money Service never opened. ATM broke down for months. Don't go out to purchase a phone because you won't get help. They look at you like your irrogant and your a bother to them. Their return policy is worthless. You can have your receipt where or how you purchased it. Cash, debit and they want to give you a gift card.. If I wanted a gift card I'd bought one. Not everyone is a criminal. Gift cards are useless. They forget that we pay their wages so they should treat people with respect. And why do they have a greeter? Because they don't greet you. And the greeter that always wants to see your receipt? Legally they have no right to look at our receipts. Researched it. Until your a suspect of any crime you still have your rights..

Was looking for a price on a toy . Staff person in the riding toys was very helpful and told me to about how to price check with my phone. And customer service adjusted price that rang up wrong with out hassle. Like it better than the store in KC,Mo. On 133 th street. Their customer service closes at 6 pm. And there photo shop doesn't always work. Or they don't have enough checkers.

Absolutely disgusting mess. Out of tons of stuff. Associates refuse to help look for anything...told by an automotive associate, "I don't know anything about that, you can check another department." Electronics associate took home keys and NOBODY, even store manager, has a copy. 9am and only one register is open.
