I have tried to call the store for over a week now about my ring. I dropped it off at the end of August for a cleaning and to get fixed and was told it be ready in 4 weeks. We are going into a new month soon and I still have not heard anything from them about my ring. Nobody is answering me and nobody is telling me where my ring is.
