I have had to call this office for years. There is never a long wait. They are super polite on the phone and in person.I have never had bad service. I am so amazed that this has never changed over the years!

My experience has been nothing short of amazing with BCPA. Due to COVID interruptions it was difficult to complete Homestead process. I've worked with several members of the BCPA team and everyone has been professional, friendly and helpful. I have NEVER had a public office treat me as well as BCPA did. Thank you!

Absolutely everything you don't expect from a public office and it felt like a private office. It was efficient and very well managed. Jason G. was super helpful to us while resolving our issues in the online application. The whole process took less than 15 min including the notary and corrections to my online form and approvals. He also set up the owners alert on the property which is a thoughtful free service by the office which everyone should avail. I also dropped an email note to Kelly yesterday evening and she responded after verifying that information has been corrected. I am very satisfied and grateful for the amazing services provided by the tean

Either you are putting the address in wrong or the address is private and unable to be viewed by the general public. Certain people fall under category to have their address made private and you would have to contact the office directly to receive any information. There are specific instructions on how to put the address in and it won't show if placed incorrectly.
