So sad that the owner herself was so rude to me that I wanted to publicly post this. The location is convenient however this was my second and last time I’ll ever come here. The first time I went to her place my daughter received a Mani/Pedi while I did a pedi, she’s 8. It was a rough experience since the woman that did my pedi painted my toes and it just looked awful (to be fair it was funny bunny) then another technician felt bad and asked to repaint them. It helped but wasn’t a complete success. Total was $75 plus tip. Today I decided to go back and bring my kiddo for a mani, myself for a pedi. My first question I asked when I walked in was can I please have someone experienced since last time I didn’t have a great one. I was told everyone has a style and no promises. When we were done and I went to pay and asked why the price was $61, ($30 for gel for a kid) I mentioned that last time I was there I didn’t pay that much. I showed her my daughters nails and said this isn’t $30 manicure…it’s not even or too clean I don’t understand why so expensive. She immediately became defensive and started raising her voice said I’m complaining about everything, I should have asked what the prices were before hand ( I thought I already knew them 🤦🏼‍♀️) and that supplies cost money. She offered a refund however I felt so embarrassed she raised her voice everyone was looking that I just respectfully declined, tipped the workers and left. This place is not for you if you don’t have your person and expect good customer service. Hit or miss. Treat people with kindness, You never know what there going through. You be the judge does this look like a gel mani that cost $30?

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE never go here they have absolutely no care about what the customers ask for and are very rude. They made all 10 of my nails look different and then refused to fix them for me then threatened to call security on me because i am a dark skinned woman. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and i will never come to this place again

Thai saved my nails! He was so kind and helpful. I got a French gel mani a week ago at tipsy salon bar and they started peeling the same day. I came to nail mark and Thai did an incredible job. Highly recommend!

Once again this place have never failed me it’s clean smelled amazing love the energy I get from all the staff they already know me by name and that’s even better!!!! I have been going here for a very long time and to hear that there have even been a bad review is beside me. These ladies and gentlemen goes up and beyond to please each and every soul that walks into Nail Mark. Now of course you can’t please everyone but that’s alright not every souls belongs in your company and that’s understandable!!! Just know you all are doing an amazing job you treat each and everyone with respect clean and sanitize each and every inch of your work station! Keep it up and I’ll be seeing you guys very soon!
