The atmosphere of this store is beautiful. There's plenty selection of wigs with decent prices and good quality. Best of of all the sales representative Shay was amazing!! She provided great customer service she's obviously knowledgeable about the products and gave good advice regarding the maintenance of your hair piece. I will be returning to the store and most definitely will be going back to Shay!! Thank you so much for everything ❤

I came to this location on Saturday 11/13/21 to get a lace front put on. The black guy that opened the store that morning was extremely rude! No customer service skills none whatsoever. I’ve becoming to this location for many years, but the way this guy talk to customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere.. If a manger read this review, PLEASE remove this rude guy from the front counter/cashier and PLACE him on the floor immediately to stock shelves or he’s going to ruin your business with his nasty bad attitude.

To be honest with everything that is going on wanted to support my black Nubian Goddess but with their stuck in their ways attitude towards other Nubian Queens deters me for simple fact we here to uplift but they favor friends over getting their bags up. No support here just plain neck twisting eye rolling attitude go figure
