This was a great hotel experience! The staff is professional and courteous and the room was spacious and super clean. Our room overlooked the water which was awesome and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. It's right in the downtown area and we could walk to almost everything we wanted to see. The gym was more than adequate and the restaurant, Frolic, had great food. We didn't take advantage of it but they even have free wine tasting everyday from 4pm to 7pm. We definitely would stay there again.

It’s a nice hotel but for the high price everything should be immaculate. The lobby is not organized well, no clear place to line up. They do offer daily happy hour with complimentary beer and/or wine, but they were out of beer 2 of the 3 nights I was there. The restaurant was also closed 2 of the 3 nights I was there. The furniture had marks of being worn and overall things were not as crisp and clean as they should be for this price range of a hotel.

This hotel is wonderfully central to everything you really want to do! They have a great rooftop restaurant and bar, which is lovely in the late afternoon. The rooms are well appointed (beautiful) and generous in size. There are plenty of elevators so you don’t have to wait very long for anything. They have a happy hour in the lobby most afternoons after 4 pm. (Nice touch) The hotel staff are very adept at their job and are extremely helpful with any of your little problems. They are pleasant and welcoming! I certainly would recommend staying here.

Sorry to write a review late, I enjoyed my stay here for a week when I was on business trip to Seattle in 2018. The room was neat and clean and spacious. Room cleaning service was provided every day. Room had beautiful sea view. The staffs were humble and they helped me to book a cab for the airport.
