This hotel is extremely over priced. We had no AC for a one night stay. The area was experiencing extreme heat (90s), so we thought it was us but the next morning, I was opening up the windows to catch a breeze and notice the AC was unplugged.🤬 The WiFi was horrible. The parking was $57 per night. Ridiculous. We went to get ice and we spent 20 minutes peeling it out of of the individual packets . I do understand that hotels are practicing precautions because of COVID but this was ridiculous. We complained with no resolution.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it. Not only did they upgrade our room for free, but we needed an extra night last minute due to some schedule changes and they were MORE than accommodating. Ryan deserves a raise for the kind, wonderful, and jovial approach for the odd situation. As well as the rest of the staff from 6/3-6/5. I will specifically come back for the way the staff helped us in the circumstances we were in. The service was better than that of the pan pacific and other 3-5 star hotels I've personally stayed in. We will be returning. Thank you Paramount!!

We came here for con and had a great experience. The day of checkout we needed to wait on a friend before we left in the car and the staff was super accommodating that we could wait in the lobby before we left. The vallet was super personable and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The staff at this hotel were the friendliest, most accommodating folks. Great value for high quality. Comfy beds. Nice big rooms. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the wifi working. But everything was great.
