A fantastic and excellent stay…..with one exception. It took us over 45 minutes to get our car from valet because the valet agent couldn’t drive a standard transmission to get to our car. We had to rush to the airport because of the delay. Alexis and Ayden at the front desk were amazing and were able to refund our valet fee. Other than that our accommodations were comfortable, accessible, and we really enjoyed our stay, especially after drinks at the rooftop bar

The charter hotel in Seattle was very nicely positioned in both price and location to meet all of our needs on our family trip. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, especially Ruby, the assistant manager who went out of her way independently to ensure we had everything we needed and that our stay would be comfortable with our 3-year-old. I cannot recommend this hotel enough as it was one of the nicest staffs I have had the pleasure of interacting with. I feel this was a true five-star treatment at a fantastic price. 10 out of 10 will stay again

Forced meal plan of $25/day disguised as an "interurban living fee" that is disclosed upon check in, but nowhere during the reservation process. Very sneaky. The fee is only usable for overpriced goods and restaurants at the hotel, which are only open intermittently. After check in, the first room I was brought to had hair on the bedding, mystery splatter on the headboard, and smelly pillows. The front desk moved me to a cleaner, albeit smaller room than I had reserved. The pillows in this room also smelled like a dirty hat, so I requested fresh pillows from the hotel staff. The pillows provided were marginally better, but still smelled like dirty hair. I brought this up to hotel staff, and was told "that's the best it's going to get." Twelve pillows and they all smelled gross, that's a problem. I had a two week stay for work, and the location was great for where I needed to go. Close enough able to stop by pikes place market on foot in my free time. That being said, I will definitely not be returning to this establishment on my next trip to the area and will look into other options

When arranging for my stay at this hotel online the website had told me the rate would be $483 for a night in their suite. Upon arrival the woman behind the counter said there was an additional charge of $75 dollars for an interurban tax which was not mentioned on the website or confirmation email at all. Once we had the keys we went to our room and entered the beautiful suite, the living space was well decorated, lit and fairly clean. The bedroom looked nice and the bathroom was truly stunning. We dropped our bags off and went out on the town for a nice meal and some drinks before returning to the hotel and utilizing the impressive bathtub and shower to relax in. Getting ready for bed we pulled back the covers on the king bed and discovered a disturbing amount of stray hair on the underside of the pillows and between the sheets that did not belong to us. Normally I wouldn't think much of this and would have just shaken off the sheet and went to sleep however in the midst of a pandemic, to pay over $500 a night for a hotel room and it has someone else hair all over the bed is a serious concern. I checked out the next day as it was too late to change my reservation and cut my trip short. When I brought up the hair on the bed to the management they offered to take off $100 from my bill as I did not take a photo of the hair. 1/10 would not recommend even with how beautiful the suites are due to concerns over cleanliness.
