Overall, this hotel is overpriced and not very clean. I’m shocked at all the good reviews. Our king room had a dirty bath tub with a drain that wouldn’t stay open. The sink also took about 1 hour to fully drain. The front desk was nice enough to switch our rooms, but to a queen room instead. The bath tub was still noticeably dirty. Not to mention the TVs in each room are around 15 inches big. Extremely small and old for the current price. Add to the fact there is a $20 amenity fee each night. So whatever rate you have, be sure to add 20 a night to it in order to be more accurate….

Great location, just a short drive from the city center and the heart of Seattle! It's close to the university here, so you see alot of college students going to and from. Room was clean. The blankets and the bed were VERY comfortable. There is a safe in the room if you need to lock away your valuables. Loved the underground, secure parking lot (requires keycard access). Staff was courteous and friendly. We took our pineapple pup ☺️

super comfy beds, cool sheets where there are two comforters on one bed for each person! and white sheets that looked very clean and freshly washed. nice spacious bathroom area and good sized shower! great customer service and great perks! only complaint is that pool was in separate watertown hotel down street so didn’t get a chance to go but be prepared with a coverup or extra towel! other then that great hotel, totally recommend! great location too!

Great rooms at a reasonable price. Uplifting atmosphere and very friendly employees. It was nice they have a gated parking garage so you don't have to park on the street. Rooms were laid out differently than I have seen, but it worked. Rooms were clean. Bed was too soft for my liking, but everyone is different. Plus they have bikes you can use and a daily credit to use on snacks and goodies.
