Our daughter was out of town with her grand parentsa couple weekends ago. So we decided to pamper ourselves a little for a night. Jacksonville isn't far from us so we drove over on a Friday and checked in for Saturday. The property manager checked us in and was amazingly kind. When I asked about the pool he was happy to show us his self. Our stay was lovely! The room spotless and comfortable, the pool area very clean and the breakfast was very nice. We will be bringing our daughter for a stay in the next couple of weekends and we can't wait!!

The check in process was most excellent. The desk attendant was nice and pleasant. The room was great. It was clean and welll-stocked. The breakfast was lacking but it seems that's now the norm. That's sad considering the value of the room. The worst part was being rushed out of the room upon checkout time. I understand that there's a certain amount of time to turn over a room. But this place was not nearly filled with guests. And there were four people working on rooms directly outside our door. They saw us entering the room and it was obvious that we were readying to leave, yet they called AND knocked AND opened the door TWICE. It was definitely overkill -especially considering that I am a rewards member AND there was NO DANGER in running out of time to turn over the room.

Get place especially the room I stayed in was like a mini apartment. The entire place was spotless from top to bottom. I find it hard for someone to complain the staff is on it !!! The night desk guy was great super friendly and accommodating. Every amenity you can think of. Indoor pool gym basic morning snack etc. And very dog friendly I must have seen four other dogs besides my dog that's the only thing missing was a dog run/park. Trust me it has everything you could need. BTW great sushi basically next door. The best in Jacksonville, Tx 👍👍👍

Stayed here and loved it. For almost 2 weeks and the service was exceptional the staff was wonderful, they worked with us on deals as far as having construction crews in and out of there and needing more than one room we got a really good deal and rate Plus it always helps to have friendly staff and if I need to pay for my room they didn’t bother me at 11 o’clock check out time they let me sleep in if I wanted to and come up and pay it whenever I wanted which is awesome!!! They also have a full breakfast bar not hot food like eggs and bacon and stuff like that but they have cereal they have muffins they have toast they have a variety of things fruit coffee and juices and stuff like that there’s a sign up I think they normally have more breakfast but because of the Covid stuff going on the supply is short but it’s still definitely worth it as far as the other places to stay in town this is the best deal for the money Also I wanted to add they have a pool and fitness center they don’t have a business center but they do have a computer and printer that they will print anything off for you if you ask if you sent it to their email and as far as transportation if you don’t have transportation it’s close enough within walking distance to just about everything in town it’s right next-door to a Dollar General which has just about everything you could need as far as groceries and necessities and stuff like that they also sell stuff in the front by the front desk they have ice cream and snacks and Tylenol and toothbrushes and toiletries and just about everything so you definitely won’t do without on your stay
