I've gotta rate Whataburger! Nothing out of the ordinary but necessary - still a great order//still a great product that you can depend on every time to be really good is their vanilla shake! Almost every night when I get off work I'll drive through the Whataburger drive thru and order a large vanilla shake! It's rich, satisfying and cold and Whataburger vanilla is really easy to drink - definitely worth the price and lasts a long time! Great job Whataburger and keep up the great work - that southern bacon burger is right at the top, too!

They always have fresh and great food and the best customer service that I've ever seen every time I've been there at least!! They do get very busy during lunch time FYI! But they do run through it pretty fast! Enjoy their food is great fresh! 😊

The girl working the drive-thru messed up my order and didn't give me the right amount of items. Then after I told her she messed up my order, she claimed, she "didn't have a register at that window to ring up the fries but she could get me the free drink". So she can give me a free drink but can't walk 10 feet over and grab a small fry? She was rude and should have accepted that it was her who messed up.
