Really good Wingstop location. Wings were well sauced, well cooked, and tasty. Fries were well seasoned: not too much not too little. We had some order issues but they fixed them.

So Wingstops in General are always a hit and miss for me but this trip on Friday was enough for me to write a review. First of all….the thigh bites are just Boneless chicken breast? Who knew…apparently the cashier with the attitude at this location decided this was the case. Second. I ordered my food at exactly 9pm went in at 9:20 and was told it would be a few more minutes. Past experience told me that would be the case…but when I got my food it was missing half my order and all I got was a “we sell chicken breast as thigh bites and I just forgot to make them using the Boneless chicken wing pieces we have here and also forgot to make the other 5 wings you ordered” bye. I walked out of there at 9:45. The wings were not tasty some of them were fatty and DO NOT order Thigh bites if you want dark meat.

My first time eating here. I was pleasantly surprised at the crispness of the wings. Very very good!! I can't eat spicy hot foods but the Garlic Parmesan was really good, not spicy hot at all. If you like your wings hot, they have just the choice for you, the Atomic wings.

Took over 40 minutes from the time I ordered to receive my food. Their customer service is garbage, I guess chick fil a took all the good workers out of Jacksonville. Because there is no management here just a bunch of kids wearing matching outfits who just stare at you when you walk in the door.
