workers are always so nice at this location. mainly came to this location because they used to have a package drop off box. I’m an online seller and usually have 5-10 packages to ship at a time so it was really convenient for me to drop off everything at once instead of taking trips to my car and waiting in the line again for them to scan it in. used to be so convenient. now I’m not excited to come here anymore. I really don’t like inconveniencing them with a bunch of packages at once while they are busy.

The heavy set Caucasian lady is very rude. I've seen her be rude to customers on several occasions. The smaller lady has a militant approach, every time I go here it's a problem. This post office CONSTANTLY fails to deliver my packages, and if they do deliver it and I can't find it "ask your neighbors" they say, as if I'm supposed to knock on everyone's door. These people are insanely unprofessional.

My Package was marked as delivered and the mail box was empty, opened a case on Oct 25, 2022, then without warning got email from Supv Customer Service Support Oct 27,2022 saying problem was solved, called them right away the supervisor said maybe the package was misplaced, so okay if the package was misplaced or the carrier steal it why I got email says the issue was marked as resolved?!

What do you mean ome into hickory hills? Each route is different
You can go online to USPS.com and have your mail forwarded. You can also ask your mail carrier for a change of address card. They might not have one on them, but they can bring one the next day.
Call post office ask them they will tell you.
