When we arrive, Martin said he was gonna handle our car. He already was dealing with another car and customer. Janette was so great and willing to help but Martin already took my keys. So we had to wait excess time to check in while there was Janette was there and very willing to help us. When picking up my vehicle I waited extended time because Tom helped a customer who was after me who was in the waiting room. Even though I was there for roughly 10+ minutes and this customer walked over from the service desk. We have also felt harassed from the service team as they continuously call my husband and email about trading in my car. My husband spoke with someone between October 22-25.asking for us to be taken off the call and email list in regards to this issue, yet I was still send an email on October 26th and he received a call. We have had it with this dealership and will not be back. Before changing to Advantage, I would recommend everyone I could to go to Hawk. I will absolutely tell everyone to avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
