Service was quick and efficient. I did however feel I was grossly overcharged for a very simple fix. It makes it difficult to refer or even buy a GM product if this is how service operates. I am confident that a local service station would have been a third the cost or even did it for no charge. You are correct as the the cost estimate was give up front. The issues is that the vehicle was dropped off 7:45 ish and I then received a call that ALL the services were competed on the vehicle at 10am ish and the fix for the electrical was just a loose connection that cost $270 (the full estimate). Again I believe to be excessive and a costly learning lesson.
