It’s been a few months but I thought I hopefully might influence or persuade someones opinion not to do any kind of business here! It’s not there fault my car wasn’t to the quality it should be but it is they’re fault they would not fix anything under the “manufacture defect warranty”. Out of all the things that weren’t right with it I only really wanted two or three minor things fixed. I mean the GM did initially tell me if they didn’t sell it they wouldn’t fix it. That did change alittle. However I can’t blame anyone except the GM for not wanting to do anything. With all being said I will never own a General Motors vehicle and I definitely won’t do business with any Ed Morse store.

It was a good experience at the dealership. The only concern I have is each one of my tires were at a different air pressure after the service.

I've purchased over 15 vehicles so far in my life and I can honestly say this was the best experience yet. Brent Snook was honest and transparent through the process. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable in any way. I am impressed that you can find an experience like this at a bigger dealership. They happened to have the vehicle we were looking for and they were great with our trade in value as they gave exactly what Kelly blue book valued it at. 5 stars for this team.
