We recently used their services for our family member who died January 3rd.At first we made arrangements with a funeral director and that seemed to go well. When my husband got sick we had to cancel some of the plans that we had made. After that we barely got any calls back from the director that was working with us and as of now, February 14th we still don’t have the information that we asked for! We are not satisfied with the service that we have received and in the future if a family member passes away, we will seek services from a different funeral home!
