I have lived in a few other updated apartments and loved it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this CIP complex or possibly any. I feel they took advantage of me due to being a large company with no personal relationship. First I moved in and many damages were noted and turned in. I also had them clean the apartment again before moving in due to pet hair and debri everywhere. They told me they were doing me a favor by not charging me for another cleaning. As I moved out they not only not return my deposit, they charged me for “pet damages”. Apparently, stains on my carpet were noted where my furniture sat. They told me they were doing me a favor by not charging me 900 dollars for the carpet but a 450 dollar charge. The room was very small and had hardly any walking room so I’m very overwhelmed by these statements. If it’s not in the budget I would highly recommend another apartment complex or just don’t spill anything on your carpet. There were many other issues but I don’t want to write a book here. There a few other apartments around the area that are being built around this area!!

I just moved to this area and I recently discovered Mahoney Park. I love the park, and it's got great walking trails, plus picnic shelters, a playground, a tennis court and baseball field. Plus, it's just a beautiful place with many kinds of trees.

Nice clean park to relax, have a picnic or gathering. Tennis, basketball, softball and sand volleyball..
