Wot's.... Uh the deal with purple streetlights? About the worst/toughest I've driven through, highly recommend upgrading to much lower Kelvin light temperature (3000 or lower) and consider shielding them so we can enjoy that beautiful Nebraskan night sky your working so hard to destroy. Or look dumb to all I-80 traffic...?

Fix the light situation at 84th and O st. The traffic system in Lincoln is a complete joke and embarrassing. What kind of clowns does the DOT hire?

That would be the Department of Motor Vehicles. Each county has their own location. In Lancaster County, 625 N 46th St. For more information, go to DMV.nebraska.gov.
