I truly appreciated all of Janet’s help walking me around and listening to all of my concerns about what exactly I was looking for in a vehicle! Even though I was a nervous wreck! I had been speaking to Fredrick for about a week prior to me physically meeting him in person! When I finally met Fredrick he actually remembered my extensive list of needs and wants and when I got to the dealership there were two cars IDENTICAL to my wants and needs!!!! I was beyond ECSTATIC to see the vehicles he had chosen for me! And guess what the 1st one he had picked was the one I purchased! I’m super happy and grateful I got to come to DriveTime and get suited with the best fit for me! I loved Janet she was a doll! Fredrick was exactly what I needed in a sales advisor , he was straightforward and super charismatic which I absolutely loved! I’m so glad I chose DriveTime !!!!!!

My experience at Drive Time was great & stress free. My salesman, Fred was courteous, honest, & extremely helpful. I told him which cars I was interested in & he went over them one by one. I didn’t feel rushed nor hassled to buy something I didn’t like. Best car buying experience ever! Thank you so much for all your help!

I did not buy a car because the selection was limited to high mileage rather over priced vehicles HOWEVER Johnny and a gentleman ...name begins with K were VERY NICE! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! VERY PATIENT! I want a Chevy Spark (kinda). They did not have any at this location. Very very polite!

this was my second time at DriveTime and it sure won’t be my last. i was referred by a friend about 4-5 years ago and Lestainia took care of me when i got my first car here. this time i had the pleasure of working with Johnny. Johnny was super helpful and patient! i received a text about a trade in and decided to come in. i’m not going to lie, i didn’t really expect much or that i was really going to be able to trade in (just how the economy is right now and the lack of cars, i wasn’t hopeful) i had my eye on a Honda and really hoped that something could work out. well Johnny made it work! i didn’t get the sales managers name but i’m very thankful for the both of them. Johnny definitely made this another good experience here. i can def say it was a smooth and stress free car buy. we maybe spent 4 hours there, which compared to my past experience when i got my first car at Nissan you literally spend ur entire day there, go back and fourth and deal with 4 different people. i definitely have more space for me and my baby which was really important as my jetta seemed kind of compact and small. i’m happy and when it’s time for the next trade in, i will be back! thanks guys!!
