If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff are rude, unwelcoming and not helpful.

Large store not engh associates to give proper customer service and the workers that are there act as if they don't want to work anyway. Its uncomfortable, shopping at a place where someone stands at the door as if its US Customs. Either invest in a proper security system or close the store. I went in to make a large bundle purchase but left after feeling uncomfortable and no one seemed interested in helping

Rude as hell , came in to try on wigs , asked an associate at the front & she sized me up and told me to go to the salon side to ask about trying on wigs because “I don’t know nothing bout anything back there”( is what she said) , the lady in the salon told me “I don’t know why you asking me , ask them at the front”.. proceeded to exit and that’s when someone FINALLY asked do I need help, I just continued to walk out , sorry but i will not spend my money here ever , very bad customer service . 🤷🏾‍♀️
