The Manager in particular is a very rude man. Rest of staff is great, attentive and most importantly, professional. The Manager on the other hand rathers lose business by treating people badly and refuses to even acknowledge the customers waiting in line. Its not a first come first served basis. Instead only based on preference. But aye it's a pawn shop in Lauderhill. What should I expect. Desperation apparently causes management level employees t9 pick and choose who they want to take care of first even if a l9ng l8ne is present. Lol shameful

I always come to Value Pawn because not only do they give me good deals they’re always hospitable and treat me like I’m more than just a customer! Every time I’m there I feel like I’m being treated genuinely like a person. I don’t even think of other pawn shops; there are no comparisons, there is no competition! Thank you always!
