Tony Guevara was my Knight in shining armour! Like many other buyers i had the unfortunate experience with meeting unethical and commission driven salesmen. Tony has set the bar incredible high. His approach to car sales is unlike many dealerships I visited in the past 4 weeks (5 to be exact). From the moment that I inquired over the phone, to driving and eventually driving off the lot (the same day! - 2/25/22). Tony Guevara has been very attentive, incredibly responsive and entirely vested in ensuring that my Mercedes Benz experience was first rate! He personally saw to it that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and prepped, and that all of my concerns were completely addressed. Unfortunately a few days later (03/02/22) we had a faulty headlamp sensor and it needed to be replace. Im hoping to have my vehicle back today. Thankfully Tony was available for me even on his day off. We maintained a constant open line of communication and he kept me up to date and reassured me that my pre-certified CLA250 was a winner. Will update my review once my car is back at home! Update 3/4/22- got my car back! Like nothing ever happened. Tony you’re the best! Ps. My mom just purchased today 3/4/22 red GLC300 2022, with Tony he’s awesome.

You can but they are going to try and give you a story about keeping up with suggested servicing. I had the same situation with low mileage and that's how MB trains their staff.
