I needed some papers faxed and I called up several businesses that offer faxing. The price here was the best so I went and was attended to by Sean. He was professional, friendly and tended to my paperwork in an efficient manner. I was thrilled as this store is right around the corner from me! I was so thrilled with his service and professionalism, and he greeted me as soon as I entered. I am going to start selling on eBay again and now I know that I can take a quick trip to this store instead of long waits at the post office. Awesome and thank you Sean!

Updated: They continue to lie, cheat and steal! They called a few weeks after I posted this review and said they would pay. They did not. I have emailed the owner TWICE as set forth in the response. Not a phone call. Not an email. Not a payment. This store lies and is a criminal enterprise. Go elsewhere. Never use UPS fragile pack again. It is a scam!! The very expensive “fragile packing”’ this store offers, stay away. They charge a fortune to fragile pack your items, with the lie that if there is breakage they pay. Bait and switch. They do no pay. Gave them pictures of the broken item and contact information for the receiver. Three months and counting, delays, ignored, “investigating.” Becoming clear the place will never refund. Not sure if it is UPS or this store, but a total and expensive rip off. They lie, cheat and steal. Never again.

We had a pleasant customer experience with my daughter at the UPS Fort Lauderdale store this morning, we needed to send a return envelope to Miami. Gabrielle was so helpful, actually God sent, we left there very happy and satisfied. Keep it up!!!

If you're looking for a piping hot side dish of attitude and nasty combined, let Gaby at the 1007 N Federal Highway Store wait on you. She was disrespectful, nasty, and felt the need to lecture me on how my employer shouldn't have rerouted his package from FedEx to UPS. She then gratefully charged him and additional $5.00 for her HUGE inconvenience of handing me the package that was literally sitting at her feet. This is the second time I've had her wait on me. The first time wasn't as bad but she was disgusted that the QR code for my Amazon return didn't meet her size requirements and lectured me on how to make it better for her moving forward. Go to customer service school and retrain or take a job doing something that doesn't have you in close contact with decent polite people. i would have given no stars if allowed to do so.
