Brought my car in due to a coolant leak and the Service Advisor Robert was excellent. From dropping my car off to the next day picking it up fixed and good as new was a seamless process thanks to him. Bringing your car for any repair is never a good time, but with people like Robert there you know you’re at least in good hands. Thanks again!

DO NOT TRUST GUNTHER. The service department for Gunther VW not only charged me $600 for the repair of my intake pipe, but they left it zip tied in the engine compartment and super glued the sensor back into place. And that’s not the worst of it. Upon finding the improper repair, they claimed to have been aware of the improper repairs and had planned to fix it the next time I came in. Not only did they never make me aware of this, but nowhere on my receipts was there an indication that I needed to return. Now, I’m out $1000 because I have to pay to fix the sensor they glued to my engine, and the intake pipe they knowingly improperly installed. I spent 2 months trying to get a resolution to my issue with the customer service director, who did nothing but deny the service department did anything wrong. Please, for the love of god, don’t trust these guys to service your vehicle.

I've always felt Gunther's service department is one of the best I've visited, across any car brand, and they continue to live up to expectations. Thorough, informative, fair, and accommodating. I've been going there for 20 years with 3 vehicles, for everything from tires and oil changes through A/C work and brake jobs, always great and friendly, with long time service advisors to help out. Recommended for sure.

My boyfriend and I went to Gunther Mazda looking for a Mazda 3 Hatchback . Albert Webster was the sales person who came out to the parking lot and welcomed us to the dealer. Immediately we felt connected with him because of his knowledge and experience. Albert showed us the colors they had on inventory and invited us to try all of them. We tested two vehicles and made our decision. The guy at the finance department was very attentive too and explained in detail the closing of the sale answering all our questions. The whole experience was amazing, we never felt pressure, it was fast, and we ended up happy with our purchase. We will definitely come back there for our second vehicle.

You need to call them. I don't work for them. I just drive one
Do not drive if overheating. Check oil level. Check water level. Check oil pressure sensor, check PCV valve, check water pump, check oil screen inside the pan. If this sounds nonsense, yes, take it to the service.
